1. Our Services

NK Laptop Service Center provides professional laptop and desktop repair services, including motherboard chip-level repair, screen replacement, keyboard replacement, battery replacement, SSD & RAM upgrades, Windows installation, software installation, data recovery, home service, onsite repair, and pickup & drop services.

2. Repair Estimates & Pricing

All repair prices displayed on this website are estimated starting prices. Final repair charges depend on your laptop brand, model, spare parts required, and the complexity of the repair. A repair estimate will be provided before any paid work begins.

3. Device Inspection

Every device is inspected before repair. If additional issues are discovered during diagnosis, we will contact you before performing any additional repair work.

4. Customer Data

Customers are strongly advised to back up important data before submitting their laptop for repair. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, NK Laptop Service Center is not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, software corruption, or storage device failure.

5. Spare Parts

We use quality replacement parts whenever available. The availability of genuine or compatible parts depends on your laptop brand, model, and market availability.

6. Warranty

Warranty, where applicable, is provided only on eligible repairs or replaced parts. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surge, accidental damage, customer mishandling, or repairs performed by another service provider after our repair.

7. Home Service & Pickup / Drop

Home service, onsite repair, and pickup & drop services are available in selected areas of Dehradun and are subject to technician availability.

8. Payment Terms

We accept Cash, UPI, Credit Card, and Debit Card. Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their device, removing passwords if required for testing, and backing up important personal data before repair.

10. Limitation of Liability

NK Laptop Service Center shall not be liable for pre-existing hardware defects, hidden motherboard faults, data loss, repair delays caused by unavailable spare parts, or manufacturer-related defects beyond our control.
