Service Agreement
By submitting your device for repair, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. We will diagnose and repair your laptop or computer to the best of our ability.
Diagnosis and Repair
We will conduct a diagnosis before performing any repairs. Some issues may require additional repairs that could involve extra costs. Customers will be informed before proceeding.
Data and Privacy
We are not responsible for any data, windows and software loss during the repair and upgradation process. Customers are advised to back up their important files, softwares and soft license before submitting their device.
Warranty
All parts, products, and accessories used for computer repairs or upgrades come with their respective Warranty/Guarantee, which must be claimed directly by the customer from the company’s service center or authorized dealer, as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranty/Guarantee does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, windows issue or software issues.
Payment and Pricing
All repair costs must be paid in full upon completion of the service. A diagnostic fee applies to all requested service. This fee is payable regardless of whether the device is found to be fault-free, unrepairable, or or the customer declines the repair.
Liability
We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, further damage, or loss of functionality during the repair process.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
